Legislative session will be June 14th to June 18th. In Little Rock, at the state capitol.
Students may serve as members of the AR House of Representatives, Senators, or part of the cabinet for the model Governor, Lt. Governor, Attorney General, or Secretary of State.
Students may also volunteer to serve as clerks for the model House of Representatives or the Model Senate.

Training
Requirement Details
Training will be required so that you can learn the roles and responsibilities of the job you were assigned. Trainings will be virtual but may have opportunities to go to the capitol and see in person how the roles function.
Perks
Networking with state lawmakers, learn about the legislative process, study and write policy, learn about management of government agencies, form coalitions, and learn other experience from other participants.
Parking Details
Park on the west side of the capitol between the Supreme Court and the Pulaski County Revenue Office.
