The Big Event 2026

Sign up today for the Big Event, UCA’s biggest day of service! The Big Event brings together UCA students, faculty, and staff to say thank you to our neighbors and the nonprofit organizations that make Conway an amazing place to live and learn.

Please be aware of the following information for the Big Event 2026:

• Kickoff will take place at the football field at 8:00 am on February 28th, 2026. All volunteers will check in at kickoff and meet their team leader before reporting to their service site.
• All volunteers will be assigned a team leader who will be responsible for sending out communications about the job you're assigned, service site address, and reminders and updates prior to the event. The team leader will also bring any needed tools and your Big Event t-shirt to the service site and ensure that your service hours are reported accurately.
• Jobs may take place indoors or outdoors, if weather allows. If you have any needs related to your service site or type of job (for example, pet or seasonal allergies), you will be able to indicate those needs on the registration form.
• Anyone can volunteer, even if you are not affiliated with UCA!
• All volunteer registrations are approved pending project availability.
