About
Volunteers are needed for the Faulkner County Juvenile Court tutoring program, which is organized by UCA Outreach & Community Engagement. Volunteers work with junior high and high school youth involved with the court on study skills, goal setting, and strategies to support success across all classes. Volunteers do not need to have subject matter expertise, but do need to be willing to make a commitment to tutor for at least one semester.
Interested volunteers can learn more from Lesley Graybeal, Director of Service-Learning, at lgraybeal@uca.edu. Mandatory tutor training will take place at the court on Tuesday 9/8 from 4-5 pm, so please contact Dr. Graybeal before that date to receive the application.
